In episode 25, I talk about flipping your funnel and the cost of inaction.
I also do a follow up segment on previous episodes. In the followup I cover the following:
* using the closed caption from YouTube as transcription for my videos
* minimum viable funnel - original thought, but not first to promulgate the idea
* podcast publishing and submission status
* podcast funnel structure
I talk about Alex Mandossian and his conversation with Dave Woodward related to his strategy of flipping your funnel and how you can sell using COI even with no testimonials and no guarantees or historical examples for ROI.

In episode 24, I talk about course creation on Udemy and how that fits into your funnel strategy.
Can Udemy really fit into your funnel strategy?
Yes, it has a place. Use Udemy to build an audience. It can be especially good if you have little or no audience.
If Udemy sells your course, you earn 50% of the revenue. If you refer people to your course and they purchase, you earn 97% of the revenue.
So refer where possible, but build into your course a path for the student to get into your Facebook group and/or email list.
Your goal is to get your audience into traffic you own (your email list). Ultimately, an email list is how you own the traffic. And Facebook Messenger bot, among other things, is a good vehicle to get your clients to your email list.
Your funnel building software still has its place. You can use it to direct your clients into your mid to high value ladder offers once you have them on your list.

In episode 23, I talk about how being an entrepreneur is like learning to ride a bike.
* You start with training wheels (a few clients or products sales)...
* then graduate to no training wheels (you become self-sustaining)...
* then you fall over, you get hurt (lose enough clients to hurt you financially)...
* and if you still want to finally learn to ride, then you have to get up and do it all over again (get back out there and get more clients or sell more of your product)...
* And eventually, after a lot of pain and a lot of attempts (hiring employees, bring products to market)...
* you ride with no training wheels and no one giving you a push (your business sustains itself).

I gave useful tips to help amplify your voice.

2. transcribe the audio from your podcast and put it on a blog for search engine optimization
3. give yourself a voice by sharing your expertise

In episode 21, I give you a funnel hacking podcast technique that I picked up from Dave Woodward of ClickFunnels and Funnel Hacker Radio.
It basically covers the age old question of how to monetize a podcast. And this technique is a very natural way to move an audience into your funnels.

I mention specifically how to do this with relation to podcasting and I include 4 keys to keep in mind for this topic.
1. You must be an expert on a topic.
2. You must be able to tell your story well.
3. Must have a media page.
4. Reach out to podcasters in your niche.
Plus bonus... refer to episode 17 for my thoughts on content distribution on a budget.
